Coronavirus measures

Based on the government's advice, the Plopsa Group has decided to close its parks in Belgium until April 19 incl., in The Netherlands until June 1 incl., in Germany until April 19 incl. and in Poland until April 11 incl.

This measure concerns the Belgian parks Plopsaland De Panne, Mayaland Indoor, Plopsaqua De Panne, Plopsa Indoor Hasselt and Plopsa Coo, Plopsa Indoor Coevorden in The Netherlands, Holiday Indoor and Holiday Park in Germany and Majaland Kownaty in Poland.

We continue to evaluate the situation on a daily basis and find it important to follow the advice of the government. The parks will reopen as soon as the government's advice allows so.

Questions & answers

I still have a valid ticket with expiration date in the period March-April-May-June.
All tickets with a limited validity that normally expire in the period March-April-May-June may be used until December 31st, 2020 incl. We will make sure that these tickets are exceptionally scannable on another date.

I still have a discount coupon/voucher for a ticket or annual pass that expires between today and April 19, 2020, can I still use it afterwards?
Exceptionally, you can use your coupon or voucher for a ticket or annual pass until December 31st, 2020 incl.

What about my Plopsa annual pass?
Your Plopsa annual pass will be automatically extended with the number of days on which the Plopsa parks were closed and you were unable to visit them, within the validity of your annual pass. For example, if your annual pass expires the 1st of April 2020, it will be extended with the number of days between the start of the closure and the expiry date of your annual pass (1st April 2020 in this case). If your annual pass expires after the reopening of the parks, it will be extended with the number of days between the start of the closure and the day the parks reopen.

As soon as the parks are open again, you can consult the new expiry date of your annual pass in your profile via

During the period in which your Plopsa annual pass is renewed, you only have access to the Plopsa parks. Benefits and discounts at partner parks cannot be granted during this period.

What about my Plopsa-FunCard by direct debit?
All direct debit Plopsa-FunCards are suspended. So you don't have to pay for your subscription during the months in which the parks are closed. As soon as the parks reopen, your subscription and direct debit will continue. An extension of the validity of the subscription with the number of days on which the parks were closed is not an issue here.

We have planned a school trip/group visit during the closure period. Can I cancel it?
School trips can be cancelled. For group visits we ask you to choose a new date later in the year. You can contact us via
